MINISTRY

Indian Springs Baptist Church  provides a variety of ministry opportunities and training for ministry.

At Indian Springs Baptist we believe that each member is unique in the way God has put you together and He has a ministry suited for you.  Each of us should discover our uniqueness, the ministry to which we are call, and respond to God's call.  Our CONNECT Ministry provides helps for us in this discovery process.

Ministry can find expression in a variety of ways - God has gifted each of us in different ways.  Whether it is being on a Committee, Teaching adults or preschoolers, Singing in the choir or Encouraging and Praying for someone, MINISTRY is an expression of the love of God working in you.

If you have a need, you will find dedicated and trained Christian workers who will help you discover how God can meet your need.

As you look for a place of meaningful service and growth in your Christian walk, you will be able to join with others in reaching and ministering to people so they too can know the love of God in its reality.

Ministry is part of God's purpose for every believer.  While we believe that "good works" will not save, the Bible clearly teaches that we are saved so that "good works" will be an outcome of our lives.  For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them. (Eph 2:10, NKJV)
