Tenn. The vote 22-11 vote Wednesday by which the Tennessee Senate approve a
resolution asking voters whether they want to amend the state Constitution to remove the
prohibition against lotteries.
Voting YES were seven Republicans and 15 Democrats. Voting NO were 8
Republicans and 3 Democrats.
